Regarding to the theme “earth”, it reminds me a picture that I’ve taken last autumn at the Harriet Island Regional Park, Minnesota – a scattered amber leaf lying on the grass
What object first caught your vision in the picture ? The rotten leaf on the ground ?The tall flourished tree behind ? The immense sky ? Or the vast grass field ?
Being one of the most important elements of the world, earth was always being neglected by us as it was always covered by leafs, by grass, by rocks or by trees. Nevertheless, the earth never makes a sound, but sits calmly under the grass and never blames.
The dirt we walk on everyday, regarding to the Bible, was the element that God used to create the first mankind, Adam. Our bodies will be buried underground and will be eroded throughout time passes and become soil. We belong to the earth, a material that most of us don’t really concern about its existence.
Without earth, there would be no trees.
Without earth, there would be no grass.
Without earth, we could never appreciate the nature.
Without earth, we could never be exist.
